I’m Ursula, a professional photographer specialising in portraits - and also a wedding photographer, capturing love stories with honesty, warmth and heart.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work with such amazing clients and share their stories through images.
I’ve been taking portraits for nearly 30 years and reside on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Every day offers a new opportunity to capture the beauty around me, whether it’s a stunning sunrise on the beach or a candid moment with my beloved collie dog, Billy-Beau.
After completing my degree in photography at Nottingham Trent University in 1997, I began shooting portraits and weddings for friends and family to build my portfolio. In 2000, I launched my own business, which went on to win numerous awards.
In March 2021, I followed my heart and moved to Arran with my partner Jim (who makes beautiful videos) and our two children, Sonny and Poppy.
Though the journey has been challenging, the reward has been much greater, and I couldn’t be happier with where my life and business have taken me.
I now get to work in this magical place and call it my home. If you’ve chosen to holiday, live, or marry here, I know you already understand just how special Arran is.
